Less chasing. Better follow-through.
For teams handling repetitive questions, scattered inquiries, or manual handoffs. We assess the tools you already use and connect the steps that are worth improving.
Workflows we can scope
- A business-specific assistant answering from approved information in English and Spanish, with a clear route to a person.
- A property inquiry routed to the right contact with the details needed to respond.
- Tour dates, party size, and preferences collected before the team takes over.
- Quote follow-up reminders, calendar connections, or pre-arrival messages where your systems support them. These are possible scopes, not claims about completed projects.
What you receive
- A workflow map identifying the trigger, information collected, connected tools, and responsible person.
- An agreed implementation with defined permissions and actions. Booking confirmations require reliable availability and a supported booking connection.
- Testing of normal questions, missing information, incorrect answers, failed connections, and human handoff.
- Team handover covering how to update approved information, review outputs, and pause the workflow.
Keeping AI useful
- We define what the assistant may answer and what requires review. AI can make mistakes; it should not invent prices, availability, or policies.
- Ongoing monitoring, information updates, and retesting can be included in a support arrangement.
- We agree measures such as response time, completed handoffs, and manual steps reduced before evaluating the results.
Access and operating costs
- We review supported connections and subscriptions before promising an integration.
- The proposal separates implementation from hosting, AI usage, messaging charges, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing support.
- Data access is limited to what the agreed workflow needs; provider choices and data handling are reviewed before connecting customer information.
Before we start
What will I own?
The proposal specifies ownership and handover of the domain, content, design, code, and accounts. Existing software and third-party tools keep their own licensing terms. We identify which accounts you will hold directly and any transfer or export limitations before you commit.
What happens after launch—or if support ends?
We agree which subscriptions must stay active, who maintains the site and business information, and what access and handover are included if support ends. Hosting and other provider charges may continue separately. These arrangements are documented in your project scope.
