Websites that support the next step.
For businesses starting fresh or improving an existing site. We build around how customers find you, understand your offer, and decide to inquire or book.
Beyond a marketing website
- Custom applications can include backend services, structured databases, data imports, validation rules, and administrative approval workflows.
- We scope the first useful release, required access controls, system connections, and acceptance checks. Features are agreed individually rather than promised as an unlimited platform build.
What you receive
- A page and content plan based on your customers and services.
- Custom responsive design, clear navigation, and agreed inquiry or booking paths.
- Search foundations: page titles, service and location information, and a review of technical indexing needs.
- English copy, Spanish copy, and content migration as specified in the proposal.
- Launch checks for mobile use, forms, links, and the agreed integrations, followed by a practical handover.
Improving an existing website
- We review speed, usability, content, and the inquiry journey before recommending a rebuild.
- You receive a prioritized list of fixes and a defined scope for the changes we will carry out.
Knowing what works
- We agree which actions matter—such as qualified inquiries or booking-link clicks—and scope the tracking setup around them.
- A starting baseline gives later reviews context. Traffic alone is not a business result, and increases are not guaranteed.
What we need from you
- Your business information, existing content and assets, access to the current site where relevant, and someone who can approve changes.
- The quote identifies page count, languages, revisions, integrations, responsibilities, and the launch schedule.
Before we start
What will I own?
The proposal specifies ownership and handover of the domain, content, design, code, and accounts. Existing software and third-party tools keep their own licensing terms. We identify which accounts you will hold directly and any transfer or export limitations before you commit.
What happens after launch—or if support ends?
We agree which subscriptions must stay active, who maintains the site and business information, and what access and handover are included if support ends. Hosting and other provider charges may continue separately. These arrangements are documented in your project scope.
