A clear plan. Support you understand.
Start with advice, commission a defined project, or arrange ongoing care. You do not need to commit to a build to get a useful plan.
A focused website and AI assessment
- Review your website, customer journey, current tools, and repetitive work.
- Receive three prioritized improvements, recommended tools, and estimated ongoing costs based on the agreed scope.
- Leave with a written implementation roadmap: what to do first, what depends on other systems, and what can wait. Assessment scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
A scoped implementation project
- A written proposal sets deliverables, milestones, feedback points, responsibilities, and exclusions.
- We identify required access and content before setting the schedule. Additional work is scoped separately.
Training your team
- Practical guidance using the actual site and workflows delivered—not a generic tour of AI tools.
- Training can cover content updates, reviewing AI answers, handling escalations, and keeping business information accurate.
- The agreed handover includes operating instructions and identifies who owns each ongoing task.
Ongoing care
- Choose the coverage your platform needs: content and seasonal updates, maintenance, available backup and recovery arrangements, and integration checks.
- Agree how requests are submitted, response expectations, included work, and how larger changes are quoted. Around-the-clock support is not implied.
- Where included, periodic reviews consider inquiries, booking-link activity, response times, or workflow reliability and recommend the next improvements.
Before we start
What will I own?
The proposal specifies ownership and handover of the domain, content, design, code, and accounts. Existing software and third-party tools keep their own licensing terms. We identify which accounts you will hold directly and any transfer or export limitations before you commit.
What happens after launch—or if support ends?
We agree which subscriptions must stay active, who maintains the site and business information, and what access and handover are included if support ends. Hosting and other provider charges may continue separately. These arrangements are documented in your project scope.
